Effective leadership coaching is a true partnership between coach and client. It is often said that in coaching, the client controls the agenda while the coach owns the process. As your coach, I adapt to your needs at all times and attend to where you want to take the discussion. Meeting you where you need to be met, I keep your coaching needs front and centre where they should be.
